IN THE GLASS: bright straw yellow with green reflections in the center, tending to gold on the sides.
THE AROMA: the intense yellow peach pulp, after a few moments, notes of thyme and sage combined with freshness sensations take over the initial sweet sensations.
THE TASTE: the sweet, fresh aromatic notes perceived on the nose are completely found in the mouth in a rapid, almost explosive sequence. The final flavor integrates beautifully with the rest giving us a magnificent balance that makes our grechetto gentile, without added sulphites, particularly pleasant to drink.
