The taste is characterized at the beginning by a good combination between tannins and freshness and closes with a bitter note. Of an average taste persistence that is in evolution.

Organic vineyards planted between 1970 and 2000 with 5,000 vines per hectare, grown using a runner system.
Sangiovese (various clones, from Romagna with large grapes) 80%, Montepulciano 20%, produced as a mixed-grape variety wine.

Harvesting Period and Method
First week of September, harvested by hand,
Fermentation at low-to-medium temperature and long maceration on the skins; then aged in steel vats for a period of 4 months, the first two on yeast.
